Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here is how we make it right.

Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Books must be unread and undamaged, and aprons and textiles unwashed and unworn.

To start a return, email ahlan@tetaloula.com or WhatsApp +20 122 221 8538. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Returns go to: Nerco Shatr #5, 43, C, Cairo, 11624, Egypt. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Non returnable items
Food items, personalized or custom orders, gift cards, digital products such as the e-book, and sale items.

Exchanges
Return the item, and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
