This website is operated by Teta Loula. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Teta Loula. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pricing
We do our best to show our products, colors and details accurately. Because our items are made and printed in small batches, small differences can happen. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is no longer available or was listed with a clear pricing error. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

Orders and payment
You agree to give accurate contact, billing and shipping details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including recipes, stories, illustrations, photos, text and the Teta Loula name, belongs to Teta Loula. You may not copy, reproduce or sell any of it without our written permission.

Recipes are shared for home cooking. Please check ingredients for anything you cannot eat. To the extent allowed by law, Teta Loula is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
